Backup

Ive been using Mr Mood for over a year now and there is nothing wrong of glitches wrong with it. But, I am getting an iPhone upgrade soon and I was wondering if all my moods would still stay together or I would have to start from scratch again. I really do not want to loose all of it! If there is some way you can connect your icloud or even now make an account to track your moods and not get them deleted from an upgrade or something, that would be great! Thank you!
